• We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-driven researcher (D/F/M).
• You have, or will shortly acquire, a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• You have a technical background and interest in wireless networks, radio systems, antennas and radio propagation, electromagnetic waves, data analytics, machine learning or relevant fields.
• You think independently, develop creative and original work, and are a problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You want to work in international and multi-disciplinary environments.
• You are proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
• You have hand-on publication, programming (e.g., Matlab, Python) and measurement skills.

• You will be appointed on a fulltime PhD position for four years, with a qualifier in the first year.

• Your salary will range from EUR 2.325,- (1st year) to EUR 2.972,- (4th year) per month, plus holiday allowance (8%) and end-of-year bonus (8.3%).

• You will receive good secondary conditions, in accordance with the collective labour agreement CAO-NU for Dutch universities.
