You have obtained a MSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or another field relevant to the position with interest in human behavioiur, management or leadership. • We offer a four-year fulltime PhD position.

• A starting salary of gross € 2.325,-- per month in the first year and increasing to gross € 2.972,-- per month in the fourth year.

• Minimum of 29 leave days in case of full-time employment.
