We are looking for people who:

• have a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, (organizational) sociology or related social science discipline)
• have a track record of successful collaboration with industry partners and active research valorization activities.
• expertise in qualitative research methods e.g. ethnography, interviews, and observations
• are interested in and open to collaborate with researchers from other disciplines on societal challenges
• have a good scientific publication record in relevant journals
• Contribute to collaborative atmosphere of the department and have an open and transparent communication style

Fixed-term contract: 2 years.

A challenging position in a socially involved organization. On full-time basis the remuneration amounts to a minimum gross monthly salary of €4.215 (scale 10) and a maximum €5,211 (scale 11), depending on your education and experience. The job profile: Onderzoeker 3 or 4 is based on the university job ranking system and is vacant for at least 1.0 FTE.

The initial appointment will be for 2 years and can be extended with teaching. The starting date is 01.01.2022.
