Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• Proven track record of managing complex business partnerships, preferably within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• FMCG experience preferred
• Commercial negotiation skills, including successfully executing deals and maximising our business partnerships
• Able to set and achieve ambitious targets and deliver at pace, juggling multiple priorities to support different areas of the business
• Outstanding commercial acumen, with an in-depth understanding of the B2B2C operating model
• Able to operate flexibly in a constantly-evolving and collaborating environment, including working cross-functionally with all levels of management
• Excellent communication skills, building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop, communicate and implement compelling plans
• Able to set clear goals, devise plans, meet deadlines and inspire others to help achieve our business goals
• An energetic, highly-motivated approach to your job, with the ability to motivate team members and build a culture of teamwork
• Thoughtful yet decisive leadership with strong team-building skills & impeccable integrity
• Proven experience in leading, managing and building talented teams, as well as creating a culture of innovation and achieving excellent results
• Experience in a marketplace or aggregator style business would be helpful but not essential
