Job Description
The IT Support Technician sits in the Technical Core Services team and is responsible for service deliverables to the business and our employees. We are a cloud first environment which goes along with our cloud first thinking. We are a 95% macOS end user environment, with a number of Windows and Linux/Unix.
The team is responsible for all purchasing and management of end user hardware, software, licensing, onboarding and offboarding for employees. We also provide end user training to our employees and engage with other internal departments and teams. We also support Internal and external company events and projects.
Based at Treatwell’s Amsterdam Office, and part of an IT team of 5. You will be part responsible for and facilitate the day to day running of our Amsterdam office.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing a positive end user experience and troubleshooting.
- Being approachable with excellent communication and people skills at all levels and have the ability to build key internal and vendor relationships.
- Vendor management and engagement.
- Supporting MacOS - OSX and other platforms and systems.
- Differentiating when presenting non technical and technical solutions to end users and your team.
- Must have a proactive approach, experience in producing and running projects, excellent end user interaction and excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Remote support + Hands on support hardware experience
About you:
- Experience working with various technologies including Google Workspace and Slack
- Administration of IntelliJ, Lastpass and Slack
- Confident in supporting MacOS / OSX + (Apple Business manager)
- You can work with or have experience of working with people across territories from various cultural backgrounds.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- You are open minded with an ability to learn new ideas and present fresh approaches.
- MSFT Windows 10, JAMF (Administration)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Administration)
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Ubiquiti UniFi AP management
