All about the role

Be the owner of real estate data from different sources, and report and advise to the team to make strategical decisions based on this data. The data comes from lease data, SMART building data, utilization, security, reception, facilities etc. The roll is also responsible for getting better information and data and initiate new ways of collecting data and storing data. Preferably the person has a background in making analysis based on data.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

Lease management 

• Lease management, portfolio management, being responsible for the portfolio

• Good connection with Brokers and Agents in the different markets of JET or willing to build this knowledge of the lease market

• Contribution to building related projects and energy consumption and procurement

 

Real Estate and facility management data intelligence

• Contribute to lease negotiations and give data driven input

• Forecasting strategical advise to the wider team

• Real estate and facilities data analysis

• SMART building knowledge

• Collect information out of facilities and real estate related data (leases, security systems, smart building applications, room bookings, utilization data) but also advise in future proof products to be used across the portfolio

• Preferable knowledge of or curiosity about data privacy

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Real estate or facilities management incl portfolio management

• Experience in leases

• Strong reporting and analytic skills

• Giving advices to team members, also when they are not asking for it

• Preferably Amsterdam or London based (HQ roll)

• No management experience needed, no management responsibility

• Reports into Head of Real estate
