You have seen your fair share of insurance products & processes and know how to deliver technology within a regulated environment and under uncertainty. You know your way around technology. You like to learn and stay on top of technological developments. You don't stop until the job is done.

How many of these boxes can you check?

• You have a solid track record of achievement within an insurtech or fintech: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and at least 2 years within the fintech/insurtech space
• You have go-to-market experience in building killer products at a tech company
• Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and optionally SAFe is your daily bread and butter
• You may not be a rockstar software engineer, but have a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and can translate requirements to epics and (user) stories a software engineer can work with. Hands-on coding experience of course helps!
• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical field
• You are curious by nature, have great attention to detail, and love to make things better
